Specific Duties:


Customer Communication and Brand Awareness

  • Provide support to manage Social Media platforms, all digital and traditional touch points, to ensure maintenance of good public relations of the brand across all channels.
  • Manage Social Media posts, Chatbots and business mobile phones ensuring to respond to all comments or questions whether positive or negative within 24 hours and Red Flag any negative comments for feedback.
  • Build relationships with customers by engaging through direct messages and comments.
  • Engage with other corporate entities via social media to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
  • Liaise with social media agencies as and when required.
  • Support the team with brand feedback and brand support for the Company’s website 
  • Works with the marketing team for the roll out and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.



  • Provide ideas and initiatives for the improvement of the Company’s social media pages.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
  • Capture key insights from customer interactions and relay information to Digital Marketing Team to support overall digital marketing campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with Community Management trends to ensure Social Media pages continuously improved based on benchmarking.


Customer Engagement & Sales

  • The ability to upsell and cross sell the company’s products and service across multiple touchpoints to achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor, track and report on posts feedback obtained from the social media pages to the relevant department and ensure timely closure of customer compliant/issue.
  • Meet growth and engagement targets on social media pages by tailoring responses to target audience.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time of responsiveness on Social Media pages to keep the attention of customers and promote good customer service.
  • Keep up to date on Digital Channel growth to support brand positioning in the Digital Marketing arena other than Facebook, Instagram and the website.
